Member of a special military operation with the call sign “Ostyak”who moved to Krasnoyarsk from the Tomsk region, spoke about his decision to sign a contract and support from the family.

Ostyak arrived in Krasnoyarsk to watch for the construction of the Universiade 2019 facilities. He liked the city so much that he stayed here to live, created his family and gave birth to children.
