The incident occurred in the alley of Pavel Corneluk.
“Between a 31-year-old local resident and a 21-year-old victim, a conflict occurred, during which a man shot a pistol, pre-pneumatic, in the face of a young man,” the report said.
According to the police, the shot was not one.
Law enforcement officers emphasized that they established the identity of the shooter and detained him.
“Now investigators are working with the offender. Doctors are being examined by the victim. The gun is withdrawn,” the police said.
Pre -trial investigation has begun under Part 4 of Art. 296 (hooliganism) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
Local Telegram channels, in particular Trukh-Winnitsa, write that the incident occurred near the Aurora store, the man was wounded “in the area near the eye.”
