Claims at the department arose to a recreation complex “Tatar arbors“. It is located in the Berezovsky district, on the right bank of the Yenisei, opposite Korkino. The entrepreneur registered the site under the complex itself legally. But at some point, a 20-meter coastal strip was added to the complex.

“”Problem“ The entrepreneur decided dramatically: he erected a fence on both sides of his section, which stubbornly walked right to the very water. Now the path to the Yenisei was blocked for all other citizens, ”the prosecutor’s office noted.

Violation was revealed by representatives of the prosecutor's office. They went to court and proved that the coastal strip is the property of the people, not a private territory.

“The prosecutor through the court achieved a decision: to dismantle fences that illegally limit people's access to the river. Common sense triumphed. The entrepreneur realized his mistake and voluntarily, without unnecessary administrative pressure, removed the fences. Now access to the shore of the Yenisei is free for everyone again“, – They told the press service.
