ANAF: Attention when completing the unique declaration, in the case of coins, “as the option exercised is final and generates the payment obligation of CASS”

The National Agency for Fiscal Administration (ANAF) published on Friday some “news regarding the declaration and payment of the social health insurance contribution for the natural persons in the maintenance of an insured person”, given that, from August 1, 2025, those persons in the maintenance were left without the state medical insurance if the CASS did not opt for the payment.
