Overhaul and Investment: Metinvest Akhmetov will put more than one billion hryvnias this year in Zaporizhstal
Last year, investments in support of Zaporizhstal production capacity amounted to UAH 938 million. This year, an increase in the amount to UAH 1.1 billion is planned.
These funds will be overhauled by Agglomashin, states and heating wells, modernization of rolling production, updating of the household premises of the steel shop and the water supply shop, and a number of other projects.
Last year, the factory was overhauled by the main production units, as well as the investment projects on labor protection, information technologies and social spheres were implemented, with a total investment of UAH 938 million.
Before that, it became known that Metinvest has planned UAH 2.5 billion in investments in the plant in Kamiansky, as well as almost 6 billion in mining plants in Kryvyi Rih.
