The National Union of Artists resorted to opaque schemes with the property of artists of Ukraine – the M17 gallery
M17 Contemporary Art Center He calls for the election of a new head of the Union, whose activity “would be directed to the development of culture, not the enrichment of individuals or commercialization of artistic premises.”
A lease agreement has been in force between M17 and NSHU. In December 2024, problems were renewed.
The premises that rent M17 in 2022 were transferred as a loan for 500 gr. Subsidiary of LLC “NSHU Service 2022”. Meanwhile, the rent for M17 was already at the cost of the supermarket.
And recently, the NSHU has sold the fate in its own subsidiary of NSHU Service, an unknown in the artistic circles, the law firm “Mizerniuk and partners”.
Such actions, confident in M17, have signs of a “systematic scheme of theft”.
The M17 Center for Contemporary Art calls for a new NSHU head instead of the current, Chernyavsky Konstantin.
