In Khakassia, a 37-year-old resident of the Askiz district hit the bench for the defendants for an accident with the death of a child. This was told in the Investigative Department of the IC of the Russian Federation for the Krasnoyarsk Territory and the Republic of Khakassia.

At some point, the driver lost control, drove to the left side of the road with subsequent tipping over to the ditch. The 6-year-old child fell out of the car body and received severe injuries that are not compatible with life.

In relation to the man, they opened a criminal case under paragraph “a, c” of Part 4 of Art. 264 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (violation by a person managing a car in a state of intoxication, which does not have the right to drive vehicles, the rules of the road, entailing by negligence the death of a person). He pleaded his guilt. The case was referred to the court for the trial.
