The Minister of Energy, Bogdan Ivan, stated at Antena 3 that, when the work on the hydroelectric plants, in those areas there were no protected areas. “Some very inspired people came to the Ministry of Environment, found some molluscs somewhere and started drawing,” said Ivan, quoted by News.ro.
