Residents of the Krasnoyarsk Territory began to receive notifications for paying tax for 2024 on the property of individuals, land, transport and personal income tax (in relation to income by which it was not withheld).
According to the regional UFNS, 1.2 million notifications were sent to taxpayers, of which 77 % were placed in the personal offices of the taxpayer of an individual and the Public Service portal, 23 % were sent by mail by custom correspondence.
The total amount of estimated property taxes for 2024 amounted to a little more than 4.6 billion rubles, which is 7 % more than in 2023.
Tax notifications are not sent in 2025 in several cases:
- If the total amount of taxes reflected in the notification is less than 300 rubles, with the exception when it includes calculations for 2022;
- in the presence of a tax benefit, tax deduction, other grounds established by law, completely exempting the owner of the taxation object from tax;
- individuals who are not entrepreneurs if the positive balance of their single tax account (overpayment) exceeds the amount of calculated taxes for payment on the date of the formation of a tax notice.
It is necessary to pay property taxes for 2024 no later than December 1, 2025.
