Prepare the shadows and thick clothes! Rain and low temperatures all over the country on the last day of September

According to the forecast issued by ANM, the last day of September brings low temperatures and rains throughout the country and even snowfall.

On Tuesday, September 30, the weather becomes more and more unstable, with temperatures below the normal ones for this period of the year. In most regions, the thermal values will remain low, and the sky will be predominantly cloudy.
In the north, the center and the east, weak rains are expected, and in the mountains, at altitudes of over 1700 meters, the rainfall will take on snow, forming a layer of 1-3 cm. In the northeast of the country, the quantities of water can reach isolated 10-15 l/sqm, while in the rest of the country the sky will be variable, with passing clouds and weak rains.
According to meteorologists, the wind will be weak to moderate, with some insulated intensifications in the southwest, and the maximum temperatures will be between 11 and 20 degrees Celsius, while the minimums will oscillate between 1 and 11 degrees, with lower values in the depression.
The atmospheric pressure will increase slightly in the east of the country, remaining relatively constant in the other regions.
During the morning, a yellow fog code is valid in Mures, Gorj, Olt, Dolj, Vâlcea and Mehedinţi counties.
The weather in the capital
In Bucharest, the weather will remain cold, and the sky will be temporarily cloudy, and during the day the passing rain is expected. The wind will be weak to moderate, and the maximum temperature will reach around 19 degrees Celsius. At night, thermometers will indicate values between 6 and 8 degrees.
At the mountain
In the mountain areas, a wave of cold air will be felt. The sky will be cloudy most of the day, and in the Eastern Carpathians, locally in the southern ones and isolated in Westerners, they make their presence felt. At high altitudes, over 1700 m, the snowfall will predominate, and the snow layer will fall again. At night, the sky will be temporarily released, but weak rainfall may occur.
