Law enforcement agencies find out the circumstances of the commission of unlawful actions against a child in one of the Krasnoyarsk preschool institutions.

Information about what happened initially appeared in the media space. According to the Telegram channel “Krasnoyarsk Chief”, the incident occurred in kindergarten No. 268 on Govorov Street. According to her parents, the teacher applied to their son, who did not want to go to bed during Sleeps, physical strength – allegedly hit him several times.
When in the evening the boy was taken from the garden, near His lips were broken to his blood. And already at home it turned out that there are also clear red tracks from the palm on the child’s body.
Parents immediately turned to the head of the kindergarten. She, according to them, suspended the teacher from work in this group, but did not fire her.
On September 26, the mother of the child wrote a statement to the police about causing him bodily harm in kindergarten. The woman was given a referral for the pre -trial of a medical examination to determine the severity of harm to health.
Later, investigators opened a criminal case under Article 156 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (non -fulfillment of obligations to educate a minor). The chairman of the IC of Russia, Alexander Bastrykin, instructed the head of the GSU in the Krasnoyarsk Territory Alexei Yeremin to report on the progress of the investigation and the established circumstances.
