Investigation into the justice fund
Let us remind you that in August 2023 Michał Woś heard allegations of exceeding his rights and failure to fulfill his duties. They concerned the transfer of PLN 25 million from the Justice Fund for the purchase of Pegasus software for the CBA. As a deputy head of the Ministry of Justice in September 2017, he submitted a request to change the FS financial plan in order to transfer these funds.
The proceedings in the case of the Justice Fund are conducted by the National Prosecutor's Office since February 2024. It is of a developmental and multi -threaded nature. Investigators study, among others Actions of the former Minister of Justice and the current PiS MP Zbigniew Ziobra and officials of the ministry responsible for disposing of fund funds.
