The Management Board wrote in the position that it sees the existence of “significant uncertainty” regarding the implementation of these activities, but the reports were drawn up assuming the continuation of economic activity for a period of at least 12 months.
At the same time, the board of JSW announced that the group's financial model, transferred to financial institutions at the end of June, assumes, among others Reducing the level of expenditure on material and operating investments, and the implementation of key and possible activities supporting liquidity in the next 12 months, the implementation of which depends on the decision of the third parties, and the lack of their implementation results in the loss of liquidity in March 2026.
