In Krasnoyarsk, this year’s program is being completed to replace obsolete furnaces in the private sector. The Minister of Ecology of the Krasnoyarsk Territory Vladimir Chesovitin visited the Torgashino microdistrict and checked how the work is carried out.

The last new solid fuel boiler in the season was installed in the house on the 2nd deputy street. In a large house with an area of more than 200 square meters. A large family lives on meters. The daughter of the mistress of Alexander admitted that for several years she had been thinking about replacing the old boiler, but there was no money for this. Last year, she learned from her neighbors that the boiler can be replaced according to the federal project “Clean Air” of the National Project “Environmental Welfare”. But the documents were submitted later, so last winter the house was heated by an old boiler.

This year, the woman says, they were called back and offered to bring a full package of documents that is necessary to include in the program. After some time, the boiler room was checked for compliance, and then brought a new boiler. Its installation and connection took one day.

“New boilers are made using modern technology. They operate automatically. Due to the fact that coal combustion occurs evenly, there are no volley emissions of smoke and ash at the moment when, for example, the boiler is filled. The boiler allows you to maintain a comfortable temperature in the house, ”Valentin Volkov, a representative of Renova Engineering, recalled.

Work on the project in Krasnoyarsk began in May and end on the last day of September. All applications that continue to come from the residents of the city will be transferred to the Ministry of Ecology to work with them next year.

The Minister of Ecology of the Krasnoyarsk Territory Vladimir Chesovitin recalled that the program has been operating on the territory of Krasnoyarsk for the second year. In total, since 2022, almost 3,000 households have transferred to alternative sources of heat supply, including gas tank and electric heating.

Next year, the program will continue, but already with regional money. This will expand the number of those households that will fall into the program.

“We are completing the federal program for free transfer of houses to more environmentally friendly heat supply systems in Krasnoyarsk. I note that the capital of the region has become one of the leaders in the country in this matter. By the decision of the Governor of the Krasnoyarsk Territory in 2026, the work on the reconnecting of the private sector will continue, but already at the expense of the regional budget. Until the end of December, we will form a list of new addresses for drawing up a project passport for the next year so that the program participants to prepare the necessary package of documents, ”the minister explained, noting that there are about 135-140 such houses.

Recall that the transfer of the private sector to more environmentally friendly heating systems is aimed at fulfilling the president’s order – to reduce emissions into the atmosphere by 20%. Experts in practice confirmed the effectiveness of measures taken. When using new boilers, the emissions of benz (a) of the pyrene are reduced by 200-300 times, the emissions of suspended particles are 15-20 times. At the same time, residents save on fuel due to the high efficiency of new heating systems.
