The company Armatura SA, with the longest experience in the production of reinforcements for thermal and water supply and gas, has signed the launch of dissolution and liquidation procedures, as a result of diminishing the net asset to less than half of the share capital.
The company, based in Cluj-Napoca, is part of the Austrian group Herz Armaturen. Since 2020, the company's operational activity has been closed. Since then, the revenues have been supported only by the sale of residual and assets remaining, as well as by a lease, the data analyzed by Profit.ro reveals. From 2020 to the present, much of the assets have been sold and most of the employees have been made available. The reinforcement had only 6 employees at the end of 2024.
