Armed with them, the man returned to the scene, found his opponents decided to teach them a lesson. In front of others, he took out a gun, accompanied this action with threats of murder and, in order to enhance the effect, fired in the ground. The goal – to sow panic and fear – was seemed to be achieved. But the victims were active and managed to stop his actions, ”the prosecutor’s office said.

During a search in the apartment, men found and seized another home -made rifled pistol and ammunition for it.

During the investigation, the man was placed in a pre -trial detention center. Under Part 1 of Art. 222 and part 2 of Art. 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation a court sentence to 4 years of compulsory work.
