The third photo is an order on reorganization of the “Reference University”, signed by the “eloquent” deputy Vinnytsia only six months later. The Odesa Yurakademy is the only state university created in an independent Ukraine that continues to develop in all indicators of educational activity.
This is just one example of dozens, when the Ministry without a clear and transparent program, no consultations and justification eliminates the leading educational institutions of Ukraine. Numerous international, European and American institutions are already preparing appeals to the President of Ukraine on the expediency of actions of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine. And recently, 167 students of the Ouaua servicemen drew attention to the problem of arbitrariness of the ministry.
