A new type of fraud in Moscow in the heat season is “cleaners of ventilation and air conditioners.” They go to apartments, impose services to pensioners and require tens of thousands of rubles. One of the victims is the prisoner of the concentration camp.
Another deceived says: “employees” came to her home in Vykhino, talked about the mandatory cleaning of ventilation at their own expense (supposedly a decree of the Moscow government) and began to work. For two ventilation grilles, they asked first 8k rubles, then – 16k. The pensioner gave eight and asked for a check, but in response she received threats. Later, in the local “housing” she was told that these were scammers.
The prisoner of the concentration camp Valentina Pavlovna fell into a similar situation. The criminals worked in the same way, but at the payment stage, she outplayed them. Thanks to threats by the police and so on.
