Ministry of Justice official Dmitry Volyk avoids responsibility for corruption, – Media
According to journalists, despite the accusation of multimillion -dollar corruption, the official not only retains his position, but also moves his career, avoiding responsibility.
Back in 2016, two officials of justice of Kharkiv region were detained on a bribe. According to the investigation, then acting Dmitry Volyk, Deputy Chief of Registration, organized a corruption scheme. Also under the cover of the Volyk worked “Black registrars”which falsified the data in the registry for raider seizures.

The Volyk was repeatedly tried to remove the pressure on witnesses, but the court refused. Instead, he received the promotion and headed the notary department in Kharkiv region. His case has been going in court for 10 years, the meetings have been postponed, and lawyers have been delaying the process. If so, the case will be closed in terms of limitation.
It is reported that the vow has influential connections, which allows him to avoid punishment for years.

The impunity of such officials undermines society's confidence in state bodies. Activists and human rights activists demand its removal, a transparent court and a fair punishment.
