New rules of 800 plus benefits for Ukrainians. Nawrocki signs

“This is the last law, which President Nawrocki signs regarding this form of help to Ukrainian citizens“ – emphasized Bogucki. At the same time, he announced that the head of state would submit two bills to the Sejm: regarding the obtaining Polish citizenship and the prosecution of Banderism.
The government act on helping Ukrainians extends their legality in Poland and makes benefits addictive – including 800 plus – on professional activity. The document left the Senate last week. Earlier, at the end of August, the president vetoed the previous amendment, arguing that the benefit should only go to people working in Poland.
Bogucki: There are no key entries
The head of the Chancellery of the President assessed that Nawrocki's decision forced the government to introduce more restrictive principles. “The president forced this government to limit benefits for Ukrainian citizens, especially for those who do not work in the Republic of Poland, who do not even stay here. This is actually the end of tourism from Ukraine at the expense of the Polish taxpayer” – said Bogucki.
At the same time, he admitted that the new regulations did not solve, according to the president, all problems. “This act is not perfect. The president has many reservations, because if he had undergone the presidential project, which was proposed, we would have solutions even more sealing this system and fair solutions” – noted the minister.
He also mentioned the lack of key records according to him: “Unfortunately, there are no these solutions regarding the prosecution of flags. There are no solutions for prosecution for the Volhynia lie.
