The voting threshold required to validate the ballot of the Republic of Moldova has been exceeded

Over 33% of the electorate has voted so far during the parliamentary elections in the Republic of Moldova, so that the poll can be considered valid from this point of view.

According to the legislation, at least one third of the voters registered on the electoral lists is required to validate the election.

At 2:30 pm, the presence at the ballot boxes reached 33.27%.

Following the parliamentary elections on Sunday, 101 deputies will be elected with a 4 -year term. In the electoral race there are 15 games, 4 electoral blocks and 4 independent candidates.

The polling stations opened at 07:00 and will close at 21:00.

The parliamentary elections in the Republic of Moldova are considered the most important in the history of the country, the stake being the orientation of the future Parliament, either by approaching the European Union, or by maintaining the influence of the Kremlin.
