The Minister of Investments and European Projects, Dragoș Pîslaru, told Europa FM on Thursday that in Romania, 10 billion euros have been entered through the National Plan for Redress and Resility (PNRR), with 7 billion actually invested.

The minister said that the total value of PNRR is 21.5 billion euros.

“On the grant area we are at the maximum, 13.5, and on the loan area, when we stayed with the European Commission, we found that many of the projects can not be done until August 31, because of the delays, I found that very large projects can no longer be kept because there were problems on public procurement – and here I am still talking about the projects – We come up with new things, the commission drew our attention that we had that tax adjustment trajectory, ”said Dragoș Pîslaru.

He explained that, given the tax adjustment trajectory, “the tax space we have is a very limited one and then, the loans going directly to the deficit and PNRR being only in 2025-2026, it hit us exactly in these two years in which we have the highest adjustments.”

“To enter 10. To invest effectively, so investments, 7 (…) were invested, the rest are in the National Bank (…).

The official offered some examples of projects carried out by PNRR.

“The PNRR universe shows us that there are more than 17,000 projects (…), rehabilitation of traditional houses in the delta, rehabilitation of castles and mansions, churches and monasteries, headquarters and housing blocks, water-canal throughout the country, CAVs (collection centers with voluntary contribution, no) and, of course,, Which you can imagine.
