In October in Krasnoyarsk, the opening of the gastronomic quarter “Artel” – a new city space uniting kitchens of different countries, the market of products, delivery and event venues will take place.

The main goal of the project is to create not just a foodmarket, but a cultural space uniting residents of the city, tourists, restaurateurs and manufacturers.

“We create a space where food becomes a reason for meetings and communication. The artel combines restaurateurs, manufacturers and residents of Krasnoyarsk into one large gastronomic community. We want the artel to become a place of pride for citizens and an obligatory point of visit to the city guests “– Says the director of the Institute of Gastronomy of the Siberian Federal District Alexei Gorensky.

The project located in the city center, on the street. The Red Army, 10a, will become one of the largest gastronomic formats in the region.

• 20 foods with a variety of cuisine-from street food to copyright concepts of chefs.
• Bar – copyright cocktails, craft beer and non -alcoholic drinks.
• Market of products and gastropods where you can purchase fresh products and local specialists.
• The event program-festivals, master classes, meetings with chefs and thematic evenings.
• MultidaVTAKE – the ability to combine orders from different corner and markete in one delivery.

Food-corners. Corners of both federal players and Krasnoyarsk projects will gather in the “Artel”. Among the federal participants are the “Medium Place”, Hot Pot, Pims, Thais, as well as AMMA with authentic Indian cuisine. Krasnoyarsk gastrozkes will present projects from large restaurant groups Bellini, Berrywood Family075 Group and others. An experimental project of graduates of the Institute of Gastronomy of the SFU -Baogais will also start.

Gastronomic market. In addition to the corners, the products market will work in the “artel” – a modern space for those who appreciate quality and taste. Here guests will be able to purchase fresh meat and fish, seasonal vegetables and fruits, craft cheeses, bread and desserts, as well as ready-made premium semi-finished products. Among the participants are the “Solgon Province”, “Goose”, “Cut Sommelier”, the Restomarket “Juoray Criba”, the shop of meat gastronomy “Spices and marble” and others.

A store will open in the “Artel” Simplewine – A network of specialized wine stores, strong alcohol and non -alcoholic drinks in Russia. Guests will be able to not only buy drinks home, but also right on the spot to choose them for cheeses from the market or a steak from corners, creating a full -fledged gastronomic experience.

The gastronomic quarter “Artel” will open on October 10, 2025 at the address: Krasnoyarsk, st. Red Army, 10a.
