The State Border Service denied information about disruptions in the supply of ammunition under contracts for UAH 23 billion, saying that the topic is used for manipulation.
SPSU spokesman Andriy Demchenko stressed that there is no overdue receivables under these contracts, and control over the fulfillment of obligations is carried out constantly.
«On receivables of UAH 26.5 billion. I note that 23 billion of them is the delegation for the purchase at the end of November 2024, the payment under contracts was made at the end of December 2024, the delivery time did not have been issued and provided during the year. That is, in the amount of UAH 23 billion. There is no overdue receivables at this time, ”says Demchenko.
He also specified that the delay in delivery of UAH 1.7 billion is associated with force majeure and does not apply to contracts for 23 billion.
