In Krasnoyarsk, on September 17-18, the IX All-Russian Scientific and Practical Conference “Practice of Development and Implementation of the Quality Management System in a Medical Organization” was held.
The forum gathered about eight hundred participants (in person and online) from 25 regions of Russia and neighboring countries. On the agenda – modern approaches to the management of quality and safety of medical activities, digital transformation of healthcare and the introduction of innovations into medical institutions.
The key event of the second day was the business stream organized by the company SP.Arm – the developer of the QMS medical information system. Today, QMS has been introduced in most state medical facilities in the Krasnoyarsk Territory and helps to structure therapeutic, organizational and financial processes.
Of particular interest was the discussion of the prospects for the use of artificial intelligence in medicine. The head of the medical and analytical department of SP.Arm Vadim Sergeyevich Zhuk introduced the innovative product of the company-“Medical Assistant QMS AI”, which is able to help the doctor in the diagnosis, analysis of medical data, and in interpretation of research.
An important result of the conference was the signing of the memorandum of the general director of SP.Arm Alexander Vasilyevich Martynov and the chief physician of the Krasnoyarsk Regional Clinical Hospital Yegor Evgenievich Korchagin on the creation of a pilot zone for the introduction of a “medical assistant QMS”. This partnership will open up new opportunities for testing and testing of II solutions, analysis of patients' health and implementation of modern standards for the quality of medical care.
In addition, experts from different regions shared the practical cases of the use of QMS. In particular, in Magnitogorsk, the system showed the effectiveness in optimizing the work of health posts and the clinic of the ANO “Central Committee forces” – the largest medical institution in Magnitogorsk, serving employees of the Magnitogorsk Metallurgical Plant.
The conference confirmed: digital instruments are becoming a key driver of quality in medicine. For the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the multifunctional QMS MIS from the SP.Arm developer is not just an IT product, but also a key tool for building an effective, technological and patient-centric health model of the region.
