Rostelecom, with the support of the Ministry of Cyphra of the region, will hold a conference on digital solutions for the safety of the population in Krasnoyarsk

On September 24, Rostelecom will hold an annual conference in Krasnoyarsk on the prospects for the development of System 112 and the population unification systems.
The event will collect leading experts, representatives of state structures and companies operating in the field of security and digital technologies.
“Our task is to identify the needs of government agencies that ensure the safety of citizens, and offer the technologies that will help them in this work. Take new requests for further study. I am sure that this will be a productive dialogue and a qualitative exchange of knowledge, ”said Alexei Usatov, director of the Krasnoyarsk branch of Rostelecom.
Participants will exchange the experience of transferring systems to domestic software, discuss issues of electronic data protection and present modern technological solutions. Among them are an Internet portal and a mobile application for emergency alert, automatic sensors for monitoring floods, as well as geoparty services that allow rescue services to effectively coordinate actions, plan routes and receive information about incidents.
It is planned to participate in representatives of 13 constituent entities of the Russian Federation: market participants, developers of software solutions and equipment.
“In our region, System 112 was put into permanent operation in 2021. New services and technologies are introduced into it annually. In particular, in 2025, the call processing center and the reserve center switched to domestic software. Krasnoyarsk Territory did this as soon as possible. Next year, an additional center of call processing in Norilsk will also switch to Russian software. At the conference site we will exchange with other regions of experience of this work, ”said Nikolai Raspin, Minister of Digital Development of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
“The conference is becoming larger and more popular every year in the industry environment. This year, the event will be the fifth in a row. Rostelecom has rich experience in introducing complex solutions that ensure the safety of cities and regions. We are ready to share this experience and look for new ideas for joint projects with authorities and law enforcement agencies, ”said Nikita tenants, director of the digital regions of the Siberian Federal District of Rostelecom.
“System 112” is a single automated system of calling emergency services designed to rapidly respond to emergency situations. It unites rescue services, police, ambulance and fire department, providing citizens with the opportunity to seek help in any situation by a single number 112. The system helps to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the incident, as well as the level of security of the population.
