“Nuclear castration” of Russia by XI, or what happened in Beijing [OPINIA]

This awkward paragraph appeared [w tekście opublikowanym] On the official website of the Kremlin Rossyskaya, Gazeta in the morning of September 8 and so far remained largely unnoticed both in Russia and around the world.
The authorship of the article was attributed to Sergei Karaganov, for a long time considered a nickname used by Russian President Vladimir Putin. It's easy to imagine how he writes it with clenched teeth, because he was most likely forced to do so – but by whom?
This one -of -a -kind text was published only three days after Putin's return from a visit to Beijing, what He suggests that the Russian dictator has received a definite recommendation to withdraw from the nuclear blackmail strategywhich was the essence of all his foreign policy from March 18, 2014.

In his (not) famous speech in Crimea that day, reminiscent of Hitler's comments about the Sudetes, Putin took unclear, geopolitical complexes and illusions of the Russian “elite” and transformed them into rigid concepts: divided nation, the need to gather ancestors, restoration of the Russian world.
Even the most modest implementation of these ambitions to regain the lands of Russians would require a change in state borders of at least two NATO member states: Estonia and Latvia. What tools could use the country, apart from its famous “spirituality” to effectively face NATO's alliance and attach the territory of two of its members, since it is clearly worse than NATO in so many fields: economic development, science and technology, conventional weapons?
Putin's answer was: nuclear weapons and that's it.
And this despite the well -known fact that Russia and NATO are in the impasse when it comes to nuclear weapons, according to the doctrine of mutual guaranteed destruction (MAD). Certainly the nuclear factor can be omitted in any strategic calculations?
The thing is that this is not entirely true. In fact, this is completely untrue.
If the geopolitical situation becomes serious enough, the nuclear power striving to change status quo and having exceptional political will, as well as a certain amount of recklessness, can achieve important goals of foreign policy Only through the threat of nuclear weapons.
Putin's program regarding the 4th World War, he presented in March 2014, did not assume the destruction of the hated United States, which could really be achieved only through mutual suicide during the full -scale nuclear war. No, this plan was much more modest: a significant expansion of the Russian world, the fall of NATO's alliance and the discreditation and humiliation of the United States as a guarantee of peace in the West. In short, revenge for the defeat of the USSR in World War III (Cold War), like World War II was caused by Hitler to avenge Germany's defeat in World War I.

Let's move eight years forward [od 2014 r.]to a joint press conference, which took place on February 9, 2022, when Putin personally gave a nuclear threat – formulated in a very non -grammatical Russian – addressed to the President of France Macron, if NATO dared to intervene on behalf of Ukraine.
“Of course, NATO and Russia arsenals are not comparable. We are aware that we lack conventional weapons. But we also know that Russia is one of the leading nuclear powers in the world and that in terms of some elements of modernity we are ahead of many others. “
From February 22, 2022 – the date of commencement of full invasion of Ukraine – leading propagators of Putin's propaganda (Karaganow, trainin, sims), acting on the Western audience, consistently repeat that if the West helps Ukraine too much in this conflict, Russia can decide to “deester through nuclear escalation.”
So isn't it better not to get involved? Oddly enough, this strategy worked: the distinctive Western leaders refused to decide to intervene and instead imposed restrictions on the number and type of weapon that could be sent to Ukraine, as well as restrictions on its use. They repeated the same mantra: “Under no circumstances can we allow escalation.”
So what happened in Beijing? Why did such an effective strategy suddenly fall with a humiliating scowl? Why the manic Russian nuclear terrorist Karaganov signed the document officially the announcement urbi et orbithat the country “He decided not to use his most terrible weapon“?
This pathetic “fuhrer“Standing at the forefront of this pathetic empire apparently”He does not seek victory yet“In the war he began. In other words, he plans to lose her.
Perhaps I know the answer to this fundamental question. Comrade XI decided to show two things to both the global south and global west:
- 1
China's potential to act as a conciliator – this may mean winning the laurel wreath of the Nobel Prize winner.
- 2
The terrifying, uncontrollable Putin is actually in a state of complete submission to him like a vassal.
However, I still do not have the answer to two other, less important questions:
Why Karaganow (whoever he is) hasn't shot himself yet [autor nawiązuje do częstych rzekomych samobójstw osób w Rosji, które stały się niewygodne dla władz]?
Why have no Patriots not yet removed Putin from his position?
