EC offers to introduce new banks to the sanctions list, which is not specified. In addition, sanctions will be introduced against 45 Russian and foreign companies and 118 ships that are suspected of transporting Russian oil.

The EC is also going to take restrictive measures against the Mir payment system, reduce the ceiling of Russian oil prices to $ 47.6 per barrel and limit Russia's access to AI technologies and geodan.

Measures will affect the cryptocurrency platforms, which are not yet disclosed. EC also wants to make a ban on the operations of Russian banks, including those that work in third countries.
