In Krasnoyarsk, a malicious debtor for alimony tried to hide from bailiffs by car to be arrested. This was told in the GUFSSP in the region.

A native of the village of Baikit has accumulated almost 2 million rubles of debts, of which 470 thousand rubles are a debt on loans, and 1 million 413 thousand rubles is a debt on alimony payments. For non -payment, within the prescribed time, the man was credited with a performing fee of 32 thousand rubles. At the place of registration, the debtor did not live, so the bailiffs organized his search.

Experts found that a malicious alimony defender is in Krasnoyarsk. The men were blocked, and from his salaries every month they began to maintain funds in terms of debt repayment – an average of 25 thousand rubles. But this was not enough to quickly close all issues with creditors and fulfill alimony obligations.

Since the man was in no hurry to voluntarily pay all the debt, the bailiffs decided to arrest his 2016 Mazdel car. Having learned about this, the debtor was hiding from the bailiffs for three days and did not appear at the tricks appointed to him

“The bailiffs decided to visit the debtor at the place of residence and evacuate the car. The debtor, having learned about this, removed the numbers of the car so that it could not be identified by registration signs, got behind the wheel of a car and, ignoring the employees of the forced execution, began to leave and hide in neighboring courtyards among apartment buildings. The bailiffs immediately proceeded for the debtor on the vehicle, ”said the GUFSSP.

The pursuit of the man ended that the bailiffs were able to intercept and support the car, blocking the debtor the path, after which the wheels were installed on the car.

The debtor, realizing that there was nowhere to go, gave numbers and documents for the car. Employees of the State traffic inspectorate drew up an administrative protocol for a driving without numbers on a man. The car was taken to the parking lot.
