In Krasnoyarsk, an investigation into the criminal case of fraud during the modernization of the Asphalt concrete plant was completed, the Investigative Department of the IC of the Russian Federation for the region said.

Investigators recalled that in December 2022, Asphalt concrete Plant JSC entered into an agreement with KDSK LLC, led by the youngest son of businessman Vladimir Egorov – Anton. The company was supposed to provide engineering services, including performing work on the development of technical documentation and modernization of the plant.

“Knightly knowing that the work stipulated by the contract was not completed, the defendant ensured the entry of obviously false information on the volumes and the cost of the work performed, the signing of documents by the representative of KDSK LLC and their provision in the Asphalt concrete plant JSC,” the press service noted.

On the basis of reporting documents, Asphalt concrete Plant JSC paid for unfulfilled services in the amount of 98 million rubles. The leader disposed of his money at his discretion, he transferred some of them to his own as an individual.

Criminal case under Part 4 of Art. 159 (fraud committed on an especially large scale) was excited on the basis of materials from the FSB of Russia in the Krasnoyarsk Territory.

As a result of the illegal actions of the accused to the “asphalt concrete plant”, material damage in the amount of the specified amount was caused. Modernization work was carried out by the plant at the expense of their own funds.

Anton Egorov is detained. The criminal case was sent to the prosecutor's office to resolve the issue of approving the indictment and sending to the court for consideration on the merits.
