The governor of the Krasnoyarsk Territory Mikhail Kotyukov, on a working visit, visited the construction site of the Krasnoyarsk TPP-3, where the second power unit is being prepared for commissioning. The company's investment exceeded 27 billion rubles.
The head of the region personally appreciated the scale of construction and the course of installation work of the new generating equipment of the station. Mikhail Kotyukov emphasized that the implementation of this project is of high significance. The launch of the new power unit will almost double the power of the station, which will significantly increase the reliability of the heat supply of the regional capital and give additional megavatts to the general power supply system of Siberia. This will strengthen the energy frame of the region, provide a reliable foundation for the development of the territory and its industrial potential.
During the inspection of the industrial site, the governor paid special attention to the work of environmental equipment. Simultaneously with the launch of the new power unit on the TPP-3, the electrostrosa will begin to work with the efficiency of cleaning emissions from fine dust by more than 99 %.
“Control over the emissions of the station is carried out by an automated monitoring system. On all pipes of the heat sources of the company, sensors are installed that work in continuous mode. Data in the public domain is broadcast online to the website of the Ministry of Ecology of the Territory, ”said Oleg Bubnovsky, General Director of JSC Yenisei TGK (TOGK-13).
Similar highly effective electrifilters are equipped with Krasnoyarsk TPP-1. To date, 11 electrifilters operate there, it is planned to launch another two more, and in 2026 their number will reach 15. The stations on solid particles will decrease by 80 %, and by 2026 the volume of emissions from the enterprises of the Siberian Generating Company will decrease by 20 %.

The governor noted the company's integrated approach to reducing the load on the atmosphere of the city as part of the federal project “Clean Air” of the National Project “Environmental Welfare” – in addition to the modernization and development of thermal power plants, SGK also implements other environmental projects. In particular, in the regional capital, 37 non -ecological boiler houses are closed. The amount of investments invested in the environmental project amounted to 12 billion rubles. Now consumers receive heat and hot water from the CHP, which are equipped with modern and highly effective units of emission purification. To do this, the company has done a lot of work to update the city heat supply system. Over the five years, more than 290 km of heating systems have been built and reconstructed, including to replace ineffective heat sources.
Also, in the framework of the New Heat project, SGK, together with Rosseti Siberia, is working on the transfer of private houses to electric heating. By the end of this year, eco -equipment will be used by residents of 630 households, which will reduce emissions by 2.5 thousand tons per year.
An important direction is a decrease in the impact of vehicles on the environment.
“We are doing a lot of work to update the rolling stock of Krasnoyarsk. On the roads of the city there are already more than 100 units of passenger environmentally friendly transport. In addition, the work of specialized equipment for restoring order and cleaning dust from the streets also has an environmental effect. We continue to move in this direction, ”said Vladimir Chasovitin, Minister of Ecology of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
SGK also contributes to reducing emissions from vehicles. On the initiative of the company, a network of electric loading stations is developing. In Krasnoyarsk, 62 such installations have already been placed, by the end of the year 19 more will be added to them.
At the end of the visit of the Governor of the Energy Territory, they emphasized that they will continue systemic work to reduce the environmental load.
