For shooting at two route buses of a 17-year-old resident of Krasnoyarsk, they were punished with a conditional term.
Recall that everything happened on the evening of January 10, 2025 in the Soviet district. A classmate came to a teenager living in a house on Aviator Street and he decided to demonstrate a pneumatic gun bought on his own accumulations, but adult friend.
“The owner of the weapon went to the window, opened it and shot it several times – first into the air, and then towards the roadway. Soon his gaze was attracted by the bus moving towards the street on May 9. The boy put the bullet into the transport and damaged the window. However, he did not stop there and, seeing the next bus, shot him several times. As a result, the window was smashed in full passengers. Fortunately, none of the people was injured, ”the prosecutor’s office said.
The guest shot what was happening on the telephone camera. The shooter, fearing that law enforcement officers would find the weapon, put it in a box and hid it in the next entrance under the electrical panel.
After the detention, he explained as follows:
“I just wanted to check how the pneumatic gun shoots well. I understood that there were passengers on the bus. I repent of the deed, I understand that I have committed a crime. ”
The court found the guy guilty of hooliganism, perfect using the subject used as weapons (part 2 of article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) and sentenced to 2 years of conditional imprisonment With the same test term, and confiscated the weapon. Note that the maximum punishment under this article is imprisonment for up to 7 years.
