In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, vaccination against influenza started. At the beginning of the week, 164.6 thousand people are vaccinated, or 6.1 % of the total number of residents of the region.
The First Deputy Governor – Chairman of the Regional Government Sergey Vereshchagin said that 60 % of the population needs to cover epidemic security. Especially in order to achieve such indicators, the government plan to purchase 1,366 thousand doses of the vaccine at the expense of federal funds, and another 138 thousand doses – to purchase for money from the regional budget.
The Prime Minister noted that the healthcare system is ready to increase the incidence of influenza and SARS, stocks of funds and medicines in the Krasnoyarsk Territory are formed.
“We recommend that employers take care of the health of their groups by conducting corporate vaccination. We also organize the work of mobile vaccination points for those citizens who care about their health. Particular attention is for students. During this period, it is important for the heads of educational institutions to organize “morning filters” with temperature measurement at the entrance, ”added Sergey Vereshchagin.
