Tauron estimates the EBITDA result in Q2 at PLN 1.893 billion. “According to estimates”

Tauron had an EBITDA profit in the second quarter of 2025, and net profit reached PLN 924 million – the company said in the report for the first half of 2025. The results presented were in accordance with previous estimates. In turn, JD net profit in Q2 amounted to PLN 904 million.

PAP Biznes consensus assumed PLN 1,789.3 million EBITDA and PLN 818.7 million net profit.

Sales and compensation revenues in the second quarter of 2025 reached PLN 7.667 billion, which is also in line with previous estimates. The market was at PLN 8,052 billion.

EBIT amounted to PLN 1.236 billion – as estimated – compared to PLN 1.186 billion expected by the market.

In the whole first half of 2025, Tauron had PLN 17.3 billion in revenues, PLN 4.224 billion EBITDA, nearly PLN 3 billion EBIT and PLN 2.06 billion net profit, which is in line with previous estimates. In turn, JD net profit in the first half of the year amounted to PLN 2.01 billion. (PAP Biznes)
