One of the largest fuel retailers, the WOG gas station, has published the amount of taxes paid for the first quarter of 2025.
For the first three months, WOG has a total of more than UAH 4.25 billion taxes and fees to budgets of all levels, in particular, paid more than UAH 1.85 million of operating taxes per gas station.
“The first quarter of 2025, both in economic terms and through the losses associated with hostilities, was perhaps the most difficult in the last two years. Numerous attacks on the filling station and oil depot have become very painful. We have recorded significant losses of petroleum products and infrastructure damage. Fortunately, the staff and guests of the filling station were not injured. Despite this, taxes increased by 22 % compared to the first quarter of 2024» – writes Economic Truth.
