“Such pancakes from zucchini like deeruns can even be called useful, if you forget that they are fried. They are juicy, with a pleasant cheese flavor. Fans of cheese can even increase its amount in the pancakes. And sour cream sauce with Brynza and herbs perfectly balances the natural sweetness of zucchini. At the end of the preparation, you can also add grated garlic or granulated or granular. Dried garlic gives a pleasant taste of sauce even in such a small amount in which it is present there, ”the author said about her recipe.
