The State Duma deputy from the New People party Sardan Avksentiev called on the government to oblige specialized officials to be at emergency facilities around the clock until the problem is eliminated. According to her, only so officials will receive direct motivation to eliminate the breakdowns of boiler houses and pipelines as soon as possible.
“Last year, there was a full collapse with accidents at the housing and communal services. Once again we saw how it happens: the official personally leaves for the place, and when the journalists diverge, they will personally fade. And people remain with the trouble alone. It should not work. They should work on the spot until they return the warmth to the house,” said Avksentieva.
