Former Deputy Minister of Defense of Russia Timur Ivanov, already convicted of embezzlement, was accused of three cases of accepting bribes worth over 1.3 billion rubles ($ 15.5 million) and illegal possession and modification of weapons. Investigators claim that Ivanov received illegal payments from a private company in exchange for contracts with the Ministry of Defense.
