The Minister of the Environment Diana Buzoianu stated, in an interview for Agerpres, that former employees of Romsilva obtained, in the first instance, the granting of retirement bonuses as this provision was not eliminated from the collective employment contract. Buzoianu warned Jean Vișan, the new general manager of Romsilva, that he will not accept the appointment of people with ethics problems in the head of the regional directions and that he will have to make the reforms to which he has engaged.
Diana Buzoianu said that the new head of Romsilva, Jean Vișan, was not personally appointed, but elected by the Board of Directors, and he must prove in five months that the necessary reforms begins.

So, this contract should have ceased in five days, ”said Buzoianu.
In addition to that forest, seven other colleagues from the same detour are investigated for forestry crimes.

Retirement bonuses, an unresolved problem
Another request is for Vișan to solve the problem of employee retirement bonuses, which can reach up to ten salaries. Files, of some processes, in which tens of millions are required, ”said Diana Buzoianu.
According to her, the head of Romsilva and the union leader were to meet on the modification of the collective labor contract, but Buzoianu believes that he did not need to follow the steps taken by the leadership of Romsilva.
“For each thing of this kind, someone must come from the ministry level to say to them:” But why did you do so? ” My question is: why do these people who are there lead, who say that some of them want to reform, want to clean, do, cannot do this work? She warned Jean Vișan that the future 27 regional directors of Romsilva should not have “ethical problems”, so that her proposals are not contestable.
