In the village of Pervomaisky, Krasnoyarsk Territory, there was quarantine because of the Siberian ulcer of animals. The corresponding decree was signed by Governor Mikhail Kotyukov.
The documents stipulate that the foci are located in two private areas – on School and Youth Street. The quarantine is installed within a radius of 3 kilometers, and the zone within a radius of 20 kilometers is considered threatened. Restrictive measures will last until September 29th.
According to the decree, it is forbidden to appear in the quarantine zone, except for the staff engaged in the liquidation of a Siberian ulcer, and the people living there. From there it is impossible to export livestock, meat and milk susceptible to an infectious disease of animals. It is also forbidden to score cattle.
The administration of the Emelyanovsky municipal district reports that the pathogen of anthrax was found in the corpse of a cow.
