Ramzan Kadîrov became a shadow. From the hard leader image, to the patient dependent on dialysis. Who in fact leads the Chechen State

The disease suffering from Chechen President Ramzan Kadîrov has worsened visibly, affecting the ability to exercise his duties, so that an increasing part of the state management responsibilities was taken over by Magomed Daudov.

Ramzan Kadîrov, the leader of Chechnya and faithful ally of the Kremlin regime, is facing a visible and accelerated deterioration of the health. The information was published by independent sources in the Russian press, including “Novaya Gazeta. Europe”, notes that its public presence becomes rarer and more formal, while its ability to lead the Republic is seriously affected.

According to reports, Ramzan Kadîrov moves with great difficulty because of the disease, about which some sources say that.

In February, after a serious crisis, a nephrostoma was installed. This is a drainage system that allows the elimination of urine in serious kidney problems, and patients with such a device are advised to wear wide clothes and avoid physical effort. For comfort, special side underwear is used for the urine collector.

Doctors say that, despite the severity of the situation, patients with nephrostom can live many years if they are properly cared for. However, from an emotional and psychological point of view, the dependence on such a device is difficult to accept, especially for a person who has cultivated the image of a strong and energetic leader.

Currently, the entire Routine of the Chechen leader is built around regular dialysis sessions.

The disease is progressive and incurable

The Telegram channel “Vchk-Ogpu”, known for connections with Russian secret services, has recently published video recordings in which Kadîrov appears visibly weak, making great efforts at every step.

Despite the official appearances directed, visits on sites, inaugurations of sports facilities and diplomatic meetings, the reality is that most administrative tasks have been transferred to his right hand, Magomed Daudov. Also, more and more withdrawn from the daily activity, the Chechen leader is increasingly held at the Government headquarters.

At the same time, the FSB closely monitors its health, collecting information through its network of agents infiltrated in Kadîrov's near circle. This increased interest is explained by the fact that the leader has repeatedly refused the prescribed medical treatment, preferring his own solutions, which aggravated his situation.

According to sources close to the regime, the disease they suffer is progressive and impossible to cure. The side effects of treatment are heavy, both physically and psychologically. “Ramzan Kadîrov is very difficult to reconcile with the disease”, said a source quoted by “Novaya Gazeta. Europe”.
