In Krasnoyarsk, the court found a 54-year-old resident of the Sverdlovsk district guilty of robbery, perfect with the use of an object used as a weapon, and left it at large.
The crime was committed in April of this year on Shipostrostruitnaya Street. The man in the mask went to the store, located near his house, went to the counter and, threatening with a toy pistol, began to demand money from the saleswoman. She, not knowing that the weapon is not real, was frightened and gave him almost 11 thousand rubles.
The police detained the raider in hot pursuit and found that the man took a plastic gun and mask from the toys of his grandchildren.
During the investigative actions, the attacker returned part of the stolen amount to the store.
By Part 2 of Art. 162 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, the court sentenced the Krasnoyarsk punishment in the form of 2.5 years in prison with a probation with a test period of 3 years.
