According to Mash, they came there to a gathering to a certain Bakhtiyar in the village of Life Key. It was supposed to “divide the drug market”. In total, 58 people were detained. For each, questions about the initiation of criminal cases are resolved. The operation conducted a criminal investigation of the Lipetsk region.
