Romania's supporters were extremely unhappy after draw from Cyprus, 2-2as a result of which the “tricolors” remained with only mathematical, small chance, winning the group and direct qualification at the World Championship.

The representative of Romania needed a success in Nicosia to stay in the qualifying books, but he was down after leaving 2-0.

The result, the game and the decisions of the coach have overwhelmed the Romanians who attended the match this evening. And there were not few: out of about 7,500 spectators, about 5,000 were Drăguș and Stanciu's countrymen!

Behind the fence, the Romanian supporters shouted their upset by Cyprus – Romania: “Let their resignation, ready!”

After the match, several dozen supporters waited for “tricolors”, while they were heading for the bus, and did not avoid apostrophe them, but especially the coach Mircea Lucescu. Most of them even asked for his resignation!

Here are some of the ideas shouted by them:

“Should Mitriță had to put Baiaram! If not with Cyprus, when? What is the chance to have at the dam? None! What to do with this team at the World Cup? Do we ever beat Austria?”

“Little respect for us, to give us an autograph. We came from several hundred kilometers. They were talking on the phone when they passed us. It's 01:00, tomorrow morning we go to work … This is respect.”

“My daughter was tormented for two days for this banner. To be ashamed, they did not stop even greeting”

“To take this with the resignation! To resign, ready! Let someone else come. To stay home and take his retirement!

“Let's not talk tonight. What will be tomorrow … I am very disappointed! I know how this match was prepared and I was sure we will win this match. The national team has to continue its activity, the course. I did everything possible, so that the group to attack a final tournament.
