Sergei Karaganow is one of the co -founders of the Wałdajski Discussion Club and a former dean of the Faculty of World Economy and World Policy of the National University of Economics. But if we do not do it, not only Russia may die, but most likely all human civilization will end,” wrote Karaganow.
