The Social Opinion Research Center (CBOS) examined the social mood of Poles in August.

According to the study, compared to July, the changes satisfied with the direction of the changes taking place in our country (from 24 % to 30 %). However, the share of dissatisfied people (from 57 percent to 46 percent) decreased, the percentage of non -specific position in this matter (from 19 % to 24 %) has also increased.

The authors of the study indicated that most often the dissatisfaction with the situation in the country was expressed by people assessing their material conditions as bad, farmers, as well as city residents over 500,000. residents. The youngest respondents gave such answers at the age of 18–24, as well as service employees.

Compared to the July study, the percentage of respondents have not changed, counting on improving the situation in Poland in the next year (19 %). However, the number of forecasting deterioration (from 32 percent to 27 %) decreased. Every tenth respondent did not express an unequivocal opinion in this matter (11 percent).
