According to him, among opponents of the war there are those who did not support her from the very beginning. Among them is Dmitry Kozak, who was Putin's assistant.
“This is true. He, in principle, did not play for its beginning. One of the few who was against it, well, say, did not support it. He cannot be said, but did not support,” Budanov noted.
He noted that now in the Kremlin there are polar positions: some advocate the continuation of the war, others – for its stop.
“The number of those who advocate stopping has increased significantly in recent years,” Budanov said
Budanov also noted that among Russian business there are also different opinions. In particular, there are those who make money in the war: weapons, everything related to the war, nourishes the military, supplies fuel, etc.
“This is a discussion question,” he said.
