Operators turn away from the USA massively. We know the scale

The director of the organization Masahiko Metoki assured that UPU is working on “a quick development of a new solution that will allow resumption of service to the USA.”
He added that in connection with the process of retreating subsequent operators from delivering parcels to the USA, the postal movement to this country has fallen by more than 80 percent. Subsequent postal operators, including Poczta Polska, began to withdraw from delivering parcels to the United States in response to duties imposed by President Donald Trump to most countries in the world.
From August 29, postal operators, courier companies and other entities authorized to this are required to transfer the American Customs and Protection of Borders (CBP) of consolidated customs fees. It's about shipments to the USA worth below $ 800. This obligation excluded, among others, documents and gifts in good faith (“in bona fide”) worth up to $ 100.
According to American data, in 2024 a total of 1.36 billion parcels were sent to this country, which have been covered from last Friday; Their total value amounted to $ 64.6 billion.
