The sale of banks' shares at the end of the Friday session meant that WIG20 ended the day under the line. The stock market “Bykm” was also not helped by changing the moods to Wall Street, where the initial optimism quickly evaporated. The actions of energy companies were more expensive.

WIG20 ended a week at 2,805.02 points, losing 0.82% and interrupting a series of three upward sessions in a row. Just an hour before the end of the WIG20 trade, it was listed above the line. Later, however, they quickly began to reduce bank courses and this determined the case.

At the end of the Friday session, the previously visible weakness of banks deepened, which hiccups are reflected in the announcements of the tax introduction of the domiar from profits. The WIG-Banki index on Friday went down by 2.6%. The qualities of Pekao were overestimated by 4.3%, the PKO BP exchange rate dropped by 3.2%, and Alior Bank by 2.6%. Banks constituted four out of the five weakest values today in the WIG20 portfolio.
Among the Blue Chips, PGE's qualities, which gained 2.4%, shone the brightest. Anyway, other power companies controlled by politicians were also doing very well. Tauron shares increased by as much as 9.2%, and Enea by 4.3%. Perhaps this is a derivative of speculation about the return to paying dividends by energy monopolists. The industry WIG-energy went up by 4.9%.
The attitude of the base markets did not help on the WSE. At first, the optimism prevailed at Wall Street, thanks to which he set a new record of all time at the start of the Friday S&P session. Poor data from the American labor market helped in this, which confirms the market in the belief that the Federal Reserve soon and briskly resume the cycle of interest rates. But later New York indexes colored red, which certainly did not help the Warsaw dance floor.
Bumech papers stood out on the wide market, the course of which went up by 23% as part of the continuation of the recent growth wave. The increase was continued by the Eurotel shares, which on Friday increased by 12% after growing by as much as 23% on Thursday. Here, the up catalyst for the upward movement was the recommendation of DM BOŚ
valuing the value at up to PLN 55.80. This report was commissioned by the WSE as part of the Analytical Cover Support Program.
WIG lost 0.41% on Friday and finished the session at an altitude of 105,563.27 points at revolutions of less than PLN 1.7 billion. Of this, over 1.36 billion fell on WIG20 companies. mWIG40 increased by 0.70%, while SWIG80 increased its value by barely 0.26%. But this last benchmark is recorded closer to the August record of all time.
