In Krasnoyarsk, a 58-year-old native of Tajikistan was condemned for the threat of killing a neighbor during the conflict due to the loss of the cat.

The case occurred in the winter of this year in one of the hostels. Man He could not find a pet and decided that a 25-year-old neighbor was to blame for his disappearance, since the cat was noticed running out of her room.
“But instead of just talking, he took a knife and promised the girl to“ cut the throat ”if she does not immediately return the animal. She was very scared – the threat sounded quite convincing, and the man was clearly not sober, ”the prosecutor’s office said.
In court, he did not plead guilty: he said that he was just preparing dinner and did not threaten anyone, and other residents of the hostel stipulate him because they are friends with the victim. The man also explained that quarrels were constantly happening between them: supposedly the girl and her friends wanted to live on the same floor and tried to evict him. And when asked why the neighbor could steal a cat, he stated the following: “She constantly does something.”
The court found the defendant guilty under Part 1 of Art. 119 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation and limited him to freedom for 6 months – during this period he will not be able to leave Krasnoyarsk and will have to be celebrated in the inspection.
